Established in 1993, originally named Taiyuan Business Law Firm, TANGNING Law Firm is proud to be the only local law firm specializing on business related legal services.

Among the pioneer lawyers licensed after recovery of the lawyering system in China as early as 1982，Aining，our Director，boasted nearly 22 years of professional experience.

Lawyers

We staff our office with 18 qualified lawyers and assistants of the highest caliber, who respectively graduated from Peking University, China Politics and Law University, Tianjing University, Shanxi University, etc. and majored in Jurisprudence, Finance, Foreign Trade, Accounting, English and so on. Our staffs have also successfully acquired diversified professional qualifications such as Certified Public Accountant, Certified Asset Appraiser, Tax Agent, National Technical Contract Arbitrator, English Interpreter, etc.; half of them can carry out legal related business in English fluently.
